Mission Statement At Bloomfield Farm our aim is to provide excellent service to our clients in every area. From the first point of contact right through to help and advice with resulting pregnancies and foals, we take great pride in providing the best possible service to you.
Our goal is to be able to offer our clients the opportunity to breed their mares to international quality imported stallions. With the technological advances through frozen semen, our competition is the world, and so it is our goal to bring the best stallions in the world to you. The aim in our breeding program is to produce horses of exceptional quality, with natural talent to match the best in the world. It is vital that we keep improving the standard of horses produced through each generation, to ensure our Australian bred warmbloods are competitive both here and overseas. Breeding quality youngstock can only be achieved through quality parents. Both the sire and the dam need generations of proven bloodlines behind them. Their type, movement and trainability are also vitally important in determining how their offspring are likely to perform. Plans for the near future include the importation of a number of mares, who will carry the genetics we require to further improve the quality of horses produced. These mares will be incorporated into our breeding program and bred to our own imported stallions and to frozen semen.
